Hooray for leaky borders!

Yeah, I know the economic problems caused by the influx of our Southern neighbors and that's not so great. But, on the other hand, the vast increase in the numbers of Mexicans in our country means we now have a prayer of getting decent food, even in rural America. I found pig's feet at our local (extremely) small town supermarket and fixed them for dinner. It was a good day.

P.S. If you're not jealous, you should be.

pigs feet? I'm sorry, but I think I may have to try that, because my first judgment is to say yuck! gross!
Although, you seem to capture it so well in that picture and it actually looks edible.

Oh wow. I'm still reeling from that bacon cheeseburger- I can't even think about pigs feet. But it does look amazingly good!

I don't think my first feeling was jealousy... =) I'm with everyone else, though, your presentation is amazing! In fact, if you hadn't told me what it was, I would want some! =)

I LOVED the pigs feet one of the members made in Taiwan....How did yours turn out? They look GREAT! Everything you make is great....except maybe the worms.

congratulations on your pigs feet. They do look good. That is one think I will always regret, not learning how to cook in Taiwan. It was always easier to buy the food. :) But remember you can always cook for us.

Hmm, I must admit that I'm not jealous...but, that's probably just because I haven't tried them before. I would happily sample some sometime.
